Can't Believe It's Been A Year!

Jackson Turns 1 year old today. Its so crazy. I can't believe how time fly's. Just a year ago Brent and I were heading to the hospital and my friend Katie Thalman was watching Erica for us. We had Jackson around 7:00pm. The poor little guy was having trouble with his breathing so around mid-night they life flighted him up to Provo. Brent was able to go with him. The next morning my Mom, Erica, Janet, and I drove up to Provo to see him. He was still having trouble breathing, but doing better. They also had him on antibiotic. He had some kind of virus also. Thank goodness my older sister Marie lives in Springville and Brent's Grandma and Grandpa Fansworth live in Provo. We were able to sleep at the Fansworth's and my Mom and Janet stayed with Marie for a week. Brent and I spent a lot of time and the Hospital while Erica played with cousins in Springville. After a week we were able to take Jackson home an O2 and a monitor. He was on the O2 for a month and the monitor for 2 months. We are so greatful for all those who were there when we need them. The nurses and doctors were great and I'm so greatful that my Mom and Marie were able to take care of Erica for us.

Today we have a happy healthy baby boy who is all over the place. He is clapping and waving his arms now. His favorite snacks are Nilla waffers, and popcorn. He doesn't like eating any other solid foods yet. I hope that he will soon. He doesn't seem to like the texture of solid foods. He is able to stand himself up by himself and has taken 5 steps in a row once. I know that once he gets the hang of it he will be running not walking. Brent and I loves this little guy so much and are so greatful to have him in our family.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY JACKSON!
