Prayers

Last night I had a really hard night. Brent and I decided that we just wanted to relax and watch a movie, so we call out friends and borrowed "The Blind Side." I saw this movie in the theaters with my sisters but Brent hadn't yet. Well on the way over to get the movie my lower back and stomach started to hurt. Then though the movie it was really heard to turn from my back to each side to get comfortable. I had no Tylenol to deal with the pain, and it seemed to get worse though the evening. As I was getting into bed I sat on the side of the bed to say my prayers. I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to get back up if I knelt down. I prayed that this pain would be taken away and would cause no complications with the pregnancy. I don't think that I have ever just broken down and cried when I have been pregnant. I hear about the emotional roller-coaster all the time, and I just had to give in the let it all out. Poor Brent was just lying there wondering what he could do to help. I finally stopped crying and fell asleep. Around 3:00am I woke up to do my nightly thing and could feel no pain. I'm so grateful for a Heavenly Father that answers our prayers. It was such a nice feeling to know that he had heard my prayer.
