On Sat. morning we did our Easter egg hunt with Erica and Jackson. They loved coming down the stairs and seeing their baskets full with a toy and candy. Erica got a Barbie movie and Jackson got creatrix (greatest toy ever. I have only been able to find them on ebay.) That evening we went to my mom and dad's house for dinner. All the cosin's had fun playing and doing the easter egg hunt in the backyard.
Sunday morning we woke up really early and got ready. We drove to Richfield. Our friends the Water's Blessed their twin girls that morning in their ward. After the blessing we drove around and went by our old house. It was so strange, It felt like we were going home for a little bit. I was kind of sad because I knew we were suppose to go back to Enoch. We went and stopped by the old ward and talked with some of our good friends. Then we went to the luncheon. Erica and Aubrey were so cute. They ran around the rest of the day playing and holding hands. They are to cutest little friends. I hope that they can stay that way. We had so much fun catching up with friends in Richfield and hope to go back for visits often.

I was about Erica's age when my best little friend moved away (to Richfield, ironically). We wrote letters for years and are friends to this day!
ReplyDeleteI had to look up those Creatrix toys. My nephew is having open heart surgery next month and they would be perfect for him to play with while he's recovering. I might have to brush off my ebay bidding skills and buy some for him.
