Today is Brent's 33rd Birthday.
This morning we gave him his gift. Erica put the present in the kitchen so that Brent would have to go looking for it.
Brent really likes cereal so we gave him cookie crisp for his birthday breakfast. This didn't work out so well because he opened the gift after he had already eaten breakfast.
We also gave him a bag of Reese's. Brent's favorite desert is anything with chocolate, and if it has peanut butter with it even better.
The last part of the gift was a gift card to Home Depot for $25. If anyone knows Brent they know that this is the perfect gift for him. He would live at Home Depot if he could. J/K
After he opened is gifts then Erica drew a bunch of pictures for him and then put them around the living room for him to go and find. When he found then all Erica told him that it was his turn to draw her some pictures and hide them so they could pretend it was her birthday.
We went to Church a little late today. The kids had kind of had a hard morning and Jackson and Derek were both down for a nap so we went for the last 2 hours of church.
We had some dutch oven dinner with homemade rolls and apple sauce.
A little while later we had some chocolate oreo cake. I crushed up some oreo's to put in the middle and on top. We all had a really fun time.
