This morning we went through Tracy Arm Fjord. We got up really close to the Glacier. This was one of our favorite stops on the cruise. There was so much ice in the water along with some small Ice burgs.
The Glacier. It moves about 12 feet per year.
On the way back out of the Fjord I wanted to go up front and watch us coming out. While we were up there they announced that there was a Bald Eagle. Brent and I had a fun time racing down the stairs to get a better look. I would have won but I forgot which floor we were going to and go off on the 5th floor instead of the 4th floor.
This is the closest picture we could get of the Eagle. He is the small white dot in the tree.
We were told that another glacier had moved through this area. If you look at the mountain you can see were the glacier cut though the mountain.
Coming out of the Fjord.
