Day 7- Victoria Canada

We forgot to get some cash while on board so we ended up having to get some Canadian bills so that we could get a shuttle ride into Victoria.
We saw this guy when we were checking in.  At first I got excited because I thought that it was Brent's cousin.  We have decided that he is Kevin's doppelganger (look alike).  When we saw him in Victoria we just had to get a picture of him.  He and his wife are from Park City Utah and were very nice about that whole thing.

This building is the equivalent of our capital buildings in the U.S.  Very pretty and interesting buildings.  It is around 100 years old.
This is and awning that we came across at the Empress Hotel (also over 100 years old and still in use.)  We have decided that we would like to do something like one of these awnings in our backyard.  On a smaller scale of course.

The inside of the Empress Hotel.
 I really liked this tree.

This tree had really pretty bark.  The Bark is black at first and then sheds and is red under neath.
 Mother and baby Orca topiary.
This is Victoria's sad, sad, little China Town.  I have never been to a China Town and thought that it would be really fun to see.  It was really trashy and I was glad to get out of there.  I'm sure that Brent was too.  While we were in Victoria we were able to see an Imax movie.  It was really fun.  We watch a documentary on tornadoes in the U.S.  I also got some popcorn.  They didn't have any on the ship.  I was craving it so bad.
